Dormitory life at MEPA is designed to be nurturing and structured, with mentor supervision 24/7. Students are accustomed to being independent, responsible, and of good character through a consistent daily rhythm.
Wake up & morning worship → breakfast → school → club/sports → guided study hour → evening worship → brief reflection → rest (curfew).
Room/floor mentors monitor attendance, tidiness, and study habits.
Weekly check-ins (1:10–15) for academic, character, and well-being evaluation.
Close coordination with BK/Student Services (Counseling) and UKS (School Clinic) when needed.
Attendance & curfew are mandatory.
Device policy: gadgets allowed during specific, supervised hours.
Zero bullying & violence.
Room cleanliness & tidiness is assessed daily.
(Severe violations are subject to progressive sanctions up to expulsion.)
Separate male/female dormitories, monitored rooms, study rooms, scheduled laundry, sports areas, worship room, UKS (School Clinic), and 24/7 security.
Regular meetings, brief progress reports, and official channels (WA/email) for quick communication—repeated absences from mandatory meetings will follow school sanction policy.
Is living in the dormitory mandatory? Yes, according to grade level policy.
Can students bring a cell phone? Yes, during designated hours (device policy).
Is there evening study? Yes, there is a guided study hour every school day.
