How to Access

1. Book a slot via WA/student portal.

2. Come to the Pupil Services Desk during service hours.

3. Special cases via mentor/counseling/School Clinic referral.

Service Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 WIT (Emergency 24/7 via Head of Boarding).
Confidentiality: The content of counseling sessions is confidential, except concerning safety risks.

Brief Rules

• Be on time & respect the queue.

• Zero bullying, zero violence, digital ethics upheld.

• Follow up action plans (remedial, referral, or monitoring).
